We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item, the received date based on the sign-in date of the post office record. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please contact us.

Please email Returns with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed. We DO NOT accept the following faulty:
1.         Items damaged by buyers due to improper usage.
2.         DVDs more than 30 days after delivery.

If you suspect that a shipment has become "lost in transit", we first ask you to check with your local Post Office as your parcel may be awaiting collection. If the parcel is being delivered to a commercial address, please also check with any mailrooms, reception areas within the workplace in case the parcel is being held for you. We ask that you allow us a 15 day investigation period before we can start treating the parcel as lost in transit.
NB: If we have been provided with incorrect shipping details, the cost of replacing the item will be the responsibility of the client.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
