Shipping Methods
BoxSetSeries.com ships thousands of orders every week to destinations around the world. The default method of shipping is Express Mail Service (EMS) / DHL.


Postage & Discount
We promise that all the postage will be charged by your actual product's weight, there won't be any future extra fee: insurance & tax... Just one time payment, then please wait for arrival of your purchase. If you buy more DVDs, you will get more discount on postage.
5% discount of the postage if you spend $100,
8% discount of the postage if you spend $150.
If over $200, please contact our customer service for more discount.

Shipping Time
All orders received by 3:00pm Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 3:00pm will be shipped on the following business day. You will receive the tracking number via email, which could be traced on Parcel force, USPS, DHL etc. according to the different countries.
Handling Days:
North America, AU, UK and some EU countries          7-15 working days
Malta, Ireland, Mexico and other countries               10-20 working days
Occasionally international mail may experience delays as thousands of items go through the mail system daily and can be subject to being mis-sorted and/or mis-directed. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control. We must allow at least 30 days before we can request an investigation for any late delivery.

We guarantee the delivery, in the event that your package is lost or broken, we will reship once and keep on communication until you receive it. Please let us know when you receive your item.
