Step by step instructions on placing an order.
1. Browse BoxSetSeries.com until you find the item you wish to purchase.
2. Click on "Buy Now" from the product that you would like to purchase.
3. You will proceed to the shopping cart. (To continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button.)
4. Once you have verified the products you wish to purchase, click the "Payment Center" button. (To change quantity, enter the desired amount.
5. For new customers, please register or click "Shopping Without Registeration". For existing customers, enter your email address, password and login.
6. Enter shipping Information, choose shipping methods and payment methods, write down other information you want to tell us, then click “Submit” button.
7. If you choose Credit Card as payment method, please offer your credit card information and click “Submit” button.
8. Please check your email box, you would have received comfirmation message.
9. Go to "My Account" to check your order status.

Step 4 - Upon making your decision to edit or delete an address, you will need to Edit or Cancel your request.
Guest Checkout
You can choose the dvds and go to the Payment Center Without registeration. Please make sure the address you filled is correct!

Confirmation Letter
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. You will receive another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
How do I track my order?
Step 1 - Go to the Log in page and enter your email address and your password.
Step 2 - Click “My Account”, your orders will be listed under “My order”. Locate the order you are wanting an update on.
Step 3 - After you have located your order, look to the right of the page under " Order status ". If your status shows as " Confirmed,Paid,Shipped " , your order has entered into the shipping process. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be assigned and you will be notified via email.
